We are seeking an experienced Final Assembly Lead to oversee and manage our final assembly operations. This role requires a proactive leader to manage a team of assembly technicians, ensuring production goals are met while upholding high standards for quality and safety. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and a strong problem-solver, and will lead a team of assembly technicians in assembling and disassembling completed machines, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. This position is a hands-on position, working beside their team and leading by example.

We are seeking an experienced Final Assembly Lead to oversee and manage our final assembly operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily final assembly activities, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve product issues and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory of assembly parts and materials
- Conduct daily team meetings
- 3–5 years of experience in an assembly or production environment
- At least 2 years of Team Lead experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Experience with stainless steel, mechanical aptitude, and forklift operation are a plus
- 8-Hour, 5-Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- 10-Hour, 4-Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Pay Range: $30.77 - $35.25 per hour (DOE - Depending on Experience).
