We are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to oversee and supervise our final assembly operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of assembly technicians, in assembling and disassembling completed machines, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient workflows, troubleshooting issues, and fostering continuous improvement. In this position, you will interact with a variety of people and customers throughout your day. Being in a dynamic work center the daily priorities can change at a moment’s notice depending on the current need, being flexible and willing to shift priorities is a must. This position is also over the Facility Maintentance team. Forklift experience is also a plus; we will train and certify you.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Time: 40+ hours per week:
8-Hour 5-Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
10-Hour 4-Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Ability to lift 40+ pounds and a driver’s license is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the final assembly team to ensure production schedules are met
- Monitor assembly operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing guidance and development opportunities
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of assembly tools and equipment
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering departments to resolve product issues or defects
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency
- Manage inventory levels for assembly parts and materials, coordinating with purchasing as needed
- Lead daily meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates to the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in an assembly or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems)
