Our new Director of Sales will manage and oversee the sales operation, including domestic and international equipment sales. This position is based in beautiful Sonoma County, California.
Responsibilities include:
We offer 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match, and PTO.
Pay Range DOE: Salary: $192,000 to $245,000

Responsibilities include:
- Works to implement the CEO's strategy and targets for the team.
- Achieves company sales quotas for equipment sales
- Works closely with the Director of Engineering and Senior Manufacturing Manager
- Overall accuracy of the opportunity sales pipeline
- Direct supervision of team members, including weekly updates, monthly meetings, and annual reviews
- 10+ years experience with B2B field sales of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of management experience in leading and building a team
- Food processing industry experience preferred
- Ability to sell complex systems as well as single machines
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business field
- Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales
- Must have the appetite to understand complex systems and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be willing to travel
- Ability to work with Salesforce CRM
