Our Purchasing & Inventory team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations / Logistics Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records for component parts, and indirect materials, track stock levels, and coordinate stock replenishment.
Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipment of orders.
Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with shipping carriers and monitor deliveries. Candidates need International Shipping experience.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving warehouse processes and logistics efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and the other work centers to ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and any other necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and switching   priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
The ability to lift 40+ pounds is a must

Full Time: 40+ hours per week:

This position is 100% onsite, not eligible for remote or work from home status.


We offer 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, a 401k with match, vacation, and a $150.00 boot allowance per year. The starting PTO accrual is 4.66 hours of PTO earned every pay period.

Pay Range DOE: $23.20 – $31.08
